Role Description The Architect will work on the full design lifecycle, from concept development and schematic design to detailed drawings and coordination with consultants and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural plans and 3D representations, conducting site visits, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and standards.

The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand requirements, develop design solutions, and participate in presentations and design reviews. The Architect will also support sustainable design initiatives,



coordinate with interior and landscape teams, and assist in managing project timelines and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong architectural design and spatial planning skills, with the ability to develop creative and functional concepts for diverse project types.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with presentation software.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and materials relevant to residential, institutional, and high-rise projects.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles, green building standards, and interest in environmentally responsible architecture.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and site teams, and to present design ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional qualification; relevant licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
