Role & responsibilities

Assist senior architects in planning, designing, and developing architectural projects. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. Assist in preparing working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and tender drawings.

Perform any other architectural or project-related tasks assigned by the senior architect or project manager. Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and records.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university. 2 to 7 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, or construction projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Microsoft Office. Good understanding of architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction detailing.

Knowledge of the National Building Code (NBC), local building regulations, and building approval processes. Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and site execution. robust visualization, design, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
