Role Description The Architect role at VIAN ENGINEERS is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Architect will develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, prepare drawings and documentation, and coordinate with engineers and construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, creating design proposals, reviewing plans for compliance with safety standards and local regulations, and providing design support throughout the construction process.

The Architect will also collaborate on project planning,



assist in resolving design and site issues, and contribute to improving design processes and standards within the company.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.

Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timeline management, and maintaining quality standards.

Candidates should possess skills in Integration, ensuring architectural designs align with structural, MEP, and construction requirements.

Candidates should possess basic familiarity with Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM, and digital collaboration platforms.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong technical drawing capabilities.

Positive understanding of building codes, local regulations, safety standards, and sustainable design principles.

Effective communication, client-facing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; relevant professional certifications or registration are an advantage.
