Role & responsibilities The selected candidate will lead architectural projects from conceptual design through to final site completion, balancing creative vision with technical execution. You will be responsible for creating cutting-edge design concepts, master plans, and detailed architectural layouts while ensuring strict compliance with local building bye-laws and National Building Code (NBC) guidelines. A major part of your role will involve managing client relationships, leading presentations, and coordinating seamlessly with structural, MEP, and PMC consultants to integrate all technical systems.
Additionally, you will oversee the production of comprehensive working drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) sets, mentor junior architects, and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure construction aligns perfectly with approved designs.
