Role Description The Architect role at HSN Realty Services India Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning commercial, residential, and industrial spaces that align with client requirements, local regulations, and project constraints.

Daily tasks include developing architectural concepts and drawings, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring integration of functional, aesthetic, and safety considerations. The role involves managing project timelines and documentation, participating in client meetings,



and providing technical guidance throughout the design and construction phases. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, quality checks, and continuous improvement of architectural standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in translating client requirements into practical and compliant design solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and workflows, such as CAD/BIM platforms and collaboration systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and monitoring project progress and quality.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with appropriate professional registration or eligibility as per local requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience in commercial real estate projects, office spaces, and mixed-use developments in urban locations is an advantage.
