Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Varanasi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions across structures, interiors, and landscapes.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing design presentations, working on construction documents, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate structural, MEP, and finishing details into cohesive designs.



The Architect will also support project planning, track design progress, and assist in site reviews to monitor implementation of design intent.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, including proficiency with design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and supporting budget and scope control.
- Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate professional bodies.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of local building codes and regulations, familiarity with sustainable design principles, strong visual and written communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively on-site.
