The ideal candidate should be confident in design development, capable of leading projects from concept to execution, and skilled at managing client communication and in office coordination.
Key requirements
- Strong design sense and practical understanding of interiors and architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Ability to handle projects independently and lead project scope
- Good client-handling, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and execution teams will be an advantage
