The team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers and interior designers with diverse experience. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and documentation and coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects. The role involves working directly with leading architectural design consulting firms from the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects while independently handling international projects across the Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail and Institutional sectors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, construction drawings and Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings based on approved designs provided by clients or consultants.

- Develop comprehensive architectural documentation and drawing packages from design development through construction and execution stages

- Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, wall sections, schedules and construction details in accordance with project requirements and approved design intent

- Coordinate with structural,



MEP and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration of design information and smooth project execution.

- Review and update drawings based on design revisions, site requirements, consultant inputs, client feedback and project changes.

- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, client requirements, applicable building codes and industry best practices.

- Assist in project coordination, drawing reviews, technical documentation and construction-related support as required.

- Deliver accurate, high-quality drawings and documentation within project timelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

- Prepare and maintain construction documentation packages to support site execution and coordination activities.

Qualification and Experience Required

- Bachelor degree in interior design, Architecture or related field

- Relevant work experience in interior design, including internships or previous positions

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and concepts

- Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and a strong understanding of design principles
