The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to turn concepts into well-executed spaces and structures.

Responsibilities Develop innovative architectural concepts and presentations

Prepare space planning, concept drawings, and design layouts

Create working drawings and detailed construction documentation

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams

Visit project sites to ensure design execution matches the concept

Communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements

Manage project timelines and support smooth project delivery Requirements 1–3+ years of experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop

Strong design, drafting, and space planning skills

Ability to prepare working drawings and coordinate with site teams

Valuable communication and client-handling skills
