Hiring: AR Caller - Denials

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 1.6 4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

CTC: Up to 5.58 LPA (Including 18,000 Variable Pay)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling for US Healthcare clients.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Perform Denial Management and resolve claim rejections.
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim processing.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process) and Denial Management is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work from the office and in US night shifts.
