MarineZen Aquaculture Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative aquaculture technology startup developing next-generation solutions for sustainable aquaculture. We are seeking passionate and research-oriented interns to join our Aquafeed Research & Development Program, with a primary focus on mud crab (Scylla serrata) feed development and limited research on prawn and fish nutrition.

This internship offers hands-on experience in feed formulation, nutritional research, ingredient evaluation, feed manufacturing, laboratory testing, and commercial aquaculture applications. Interns will collaborate with our R&D; team to develop cost-effective, high-performance, and sustainable aquafeeds that improve growth, survival, feed conversion efficiency, and overall farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the research and development of nutritionally balanced mud crab feeds.
- Support feed formulation using plant- and marine-based ingredients.
- Conduct ingredient quality evaluation and nutritional analysis.
- Participate in feed pellet preparation, laboratory testing, and feeding trials.
- Monitor feed intake, growth performance, survival rate, and feed conversion ratio (FCR).
- Maintain accurate research records, experimental data, and technical reports.
- Review scientific literature and support product development activities.
- Assist in small-scale feed production and prototype validation.
- Support limited R&D; activities related to prawn and fish feed formulations.
