Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and system stability.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.

Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
