Providing application support for payments application, coordination with internal stake holders and OEM on incidents closure
Responsibilities
- Hands on Liability application support
- Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience
- Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
- Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines
- Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need
- Review incidents report, lever to bring automation
- Review SOP, User Manuals as per need
- Experience in handling hybrid team/stakeholders
- Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address
Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: 7 to 12 years
