Solid experience in Desktop Support (L2) with knowledge of both Infrastructure and Application Support. Hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS administration. Good understanding of Active Directory, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting (network/barcode), hardware & software troubleshooting, basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP), ticketing tools, user access management, application troubleshooting, and coordination with infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Experience in healthcare applications/HIS support will be an added advantage. Ability to handle L1 escalations and provide end-user support. Network troubleshooting methodology, printer issue resolution (network/barcode), Active Directory (password reset/user management), Outlook troubleshooting, DNS & DHCP fundamentals, ticketing
