Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.

Experience with database management and backup/recovery procedures related to SAP systems.

Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.

Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose issues affecting application performance.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
