You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.

Familiarity with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.

Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
