Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.

Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users effectively.

Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and prioritize support tasks.
