Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.





Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.

Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting business-critical applications in a live workplace.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.

Familiarity with system documentation and reporting standards to maintain compliance and audit readiness.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

This position is based at our Pune office.
