Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals, Selenium, Unix, Shell scripting, Java, Kafka/IBM MQ.

Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
