Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex software issues.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications within critical business environments.

Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to resolve technical challenges.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to various stakeholders.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.

This position is based at our Pune office.
