Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).

Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting critical business applications.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.

Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management.

Capability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).

This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
