Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.

Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Engage with users to gather feedback and improve system functionality.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices.

Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and management.

Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions management.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
