Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.

Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to complex software environments.

Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of issues.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with healthcare information systems and their operational workflows.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Epic Systems.

This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
