Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within complex software environments.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise content management systems.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose issues effectively.

Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management frameworks.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
