Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting distributed data processing environments.

Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.

Ability to analyze complex system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
