As an ORMB, Java & J2EE Design/Dev Lead, you will possess: Analyze, design and develop solutions to the internal client needs as a developer within the team Maintains and supports existing software applications. Anticipate critical issues and risks take responsibility for resolution.

Should have good working knowledge on SDLC cycle, including QA, UAT, till Prod Deployment. Should lead the team and help to do code reviews for the team members. As an ORMB, Java & J2EE developer, you will possess: Analyze and develop solutions to the internal client needs as a developer within the team Maintains and supports existing software applications. Anticipate critical issues and risks take responsibility for resolution.

Should have positive working knowledge on SDLC cycle, including QA, UAT, till Prod Deployment. Develop reusable components for application UI and backend code, write database queries and stored procedures while ensuring proper performance tuning. Analysis of the new requirement with minimal guidance and complete coding and unit testing independently.
