Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira Align.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.

Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business applications.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with software lifecycle and incident management processes.

Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cooperative team.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira Align.

This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
