Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.





Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical capabilities.

Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Certified in EpicCare Ambulatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application stability.

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.

Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Epic Systems.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
