The role focuses on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, property cost allocations, and real estate portfolio management while ensuring integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Asset Management processes.

This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site A 15 years full time education is required.
