You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations.

Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux Operations.

This position is based at our Indore office.
