Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within business-critical systems.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications with a focus on stability and performance.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive resolution and implement improvements.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely response.

Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to stakeholders.
