Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.





Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), PySpark, API Management.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and identify root causes.

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component software systems.

Familiarity with software lifecycle and incident management processes.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.

Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Python (Programming Language), PySpark, API Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
