Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.

Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to ensure prompt response to system alerts.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and best practices in application support.

Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Epic Systems.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
