You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to end-users.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications in a complex environment.

Familiarity with system integration and data flow between various business applications.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
