Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system issues promptly.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP ABAP programs and HANA database interactions.

Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration points.

Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.

Familiarity with transport management and change control processes within SAP environments.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
