Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.

Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
