Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to track and address system anomalies.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and best practices in application support.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Epic Systems.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
