Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.

Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.

Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals and command-line tools.

Experience with system monitoring and diagnostic utilities to troubleshoot application issues.

Ability to analyze log files and system alerts to identify root causes of problems.

Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices relevant to application support.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux.

This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
