Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.

Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.

Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and manage support tickets.

Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of problems.

Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with cloud-based environments and software deployment processes.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
