Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues impacting business operations.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development technologies related to Java Full Stack Development.

Ability to analyze complex software issues and implement effective solutions.

Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve software defects.

Experience working in collaborative environments involving cross-functional teams.

Good understanding of software lifecycle and support processes.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
