Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support.

Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.

Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management.

This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
