Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.

Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Capability to document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
