Knowledge on server daily health check activities, Patching, BRMS, MIMIX monitoring, Job Management, Data FTP, HMC, SST, ALT & VTL.

Knowledge on IT Operations and Monitoring.

Worked on support model. e) Monitor/ Running Backup s and restoration.

Monitor alerts on tools The resource should have very good communication skills.

The resource should have a good knowledge on ITIL concepts (Incident, problem & change management skills)

Good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of the organization.

Versatile to work in 247 environments Additional Information: Good to Have Skills: Monitor AS400 Servers and reporting along with BRMS, MIMIX, ALT & VTL, Patching, Job Management, HMC, SST.

Collecting information and reporting to L3 Lead on timely basis.

Must have Skills: IBM AS /400 Operations and Monitoring Educational Qualification: Any Graduation
