Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to optimize system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and preventive measures.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business priorities and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.

Strong understanding of database management and operating system fundamentals related to SAP systems.

Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.

Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Skilled in analyzing system logs and diagnosing complex technical issues to provide timely resolutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
