Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
Experience with container orchestration and management within enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
