Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

Strong troubleshooting skills related to desktop environments and application support.

Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.

Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of issues.

Familiarity with software deployment and configuration management processes.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
