Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through innovative approaches.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on incident resolution and system improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis techniques.

Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance operational workflows.

Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems to support high availability.

Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize system resources.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
