The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps platforms, event correlation, service mapping, and integration of monitoring tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, automation experience, and the ability to drive observability and operational intelligence across hybrid environments.

Must Have Skills

Strong experience with AIOps platforms (e.g., DyanTrace, Thousand Eyes, nGeniusOne, Splunk)

Expertise in event correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis

Integration of monitoring tools with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)

Scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell

Experience with service mapping and CMDB integration

Familiarity with observability and telemetry data ingestion Good to Have Skills Exposure to cloud-native monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

Knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations

Experience with container and microservices monitoring
