- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with stakeholders.
