Job Title: ERP Projects (Application Management Services - AMS) Consultant

Required Skillset: ERP Application Management Services (AMS), ERP platforms, SQL.

Location: PAN INDIA

Experience Range: 4-8 years : Required Skills: 4–8 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS).

Robust experience in ERP production support and maintenance.

Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Experience in troubleshooting functional and technical issues.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.

Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis.

Experience with testing, deployment, and system documentation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for ERP applications under the AMS model.

Handle incidents,



service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs.

Analyze business issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Perform application configuration, enhancements, and bug fixes as per business requirements.

Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

Support ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, or Manufacturing based on project requirements.

Participate in patching, upgrades, regression testing, and deployment activities.

Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.

Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ongoing application support. Thanks & Regards,
